Amir is a an informed, detailed oriented, persuasive, honest and pleasant real estate agent. He is very responsive, from the early hours of the day to late at night and responds either immediately or if busy he would text you that he is busy with a client and will call shortly after!!! I am the downsizing homeowner who could not handle listing our property on MLS. We were not behind on mortgage payments and our home has a new HVAC system. The challenge was that our plate was already incredibly full and I work 12 hour nights. Our kids activities kept us busy. It was simply not possible to list. Amir brought in his investor friends who were willing to purchase our property so that we could downsize and still keep our sanity. They were angels sent from heaven. Amir helped us sell our home in June 2018. We saw his signs in the neighborhood so decided to give him a call. He was very reaponsive and scheduled our appointment when it was convenient for us.
